MarkIQ collects your personal information such as name and contact details in order to communicate with you about queries, complaints, or claims to resolve them as quickly and effectively as possible.

- MarkIQ may get personal information from Stripe Payments UK Ltd to facilitate transactions and subscriptions.
How long we keep information
MarkIQ retains your data for as long as you have an account. When you delete your account (as described in your rights above) we delete your account data as soon as possible; however, information tied to your payments and transactions may be retained longer by our payment processors to fulfil their legal obligations.
Who we share information with
- We have a joint controller relationship with Stripe Payments UK Ltd. MarkIQ works with Stripe to securely process customer payments and subscriptions.
- We also have a joint controller relationship with Appwrite Code Ltd. MarkIQ works with Appwrite to safely manage user accounts and logins.
- MarkIQ uses Microsoft Clarity for development and testing purposes, but this can be disabled by rejecting optional cookies
- Organisations we're legally obliged to share personal information with such as the authorities
- Publicly on our website, social media or other marketing and information media
- Suppliers and service providers
